Get to know the Brown Family
Our journey to animal obsession began long ago.
Our Story
What began as a shared fascination with the overlooked wonders of the exotic pet world blossomed into Wild Watchers—where our love for the scaled, finned, and fantastically unusual creatures drives everything we do. After meeting through our shared interest in strange pets in East Texas, we brought our expertise to South Florida in 2018. We've turned our lifelong passion into a mission: bringing expert care to the extraordinary animals in homes across Palm Beach County.
What Sets Us Apart
We don't just clean habitats; we understand the inhabitants
.
Our services extend beyond maintenance to include complete dietary planning—sourcing quality live feeders, preparing balanced meals, and developing feeding schedules tailored to each animal's specific needs. We approach every aspect of exotic pet care holistically, understanding how habitat, diet, and enrichment work together to create thriving environments.
At Wild Watchers, your exotic family becomes an extension of ours, treated with the same care, respect, and attention we give to our own beloved creatures.

Cat Brown
Cat has always been drawn to what she calls the "beautiful oddities" of the animal kingdom. While others might gravitate toward typical pets, she found herself mesmerized by bichirs gliding through water with their prehistoric fins, axolotls with their perpetual smiles and remarkable regenerative abilities, and the keen intelligence in a monitor lizard's gaze.
What began as childhood curiosity evolved into a deep connection with all manner of exotic creatures. Her gentle approach works wonders with both scaly and fuzzy companions—from bonding with bearded dragons to detecting the subtle mood shifts in a hedgehog's behavior. Cat's ability to read animal body language crosses species boundaries, allowing her to provide tailored care whether she's handling a skittish sugar glider or coaxing a shy reptile to eat. This intuitive understanding transforms into thoughtful care, where each animal's individual personality and needs are recognized and respected, creating a stress-free experience for every exotic pet in her care.
Sandy Brown
Sandy's connection with reptiles runs soul-deep. While his childhood friends collected action figures, he was carefully turning logs in the woods, hoping to glimpse a snake or lizard in its natural habitat. His fascination with scaled creatures, especially the larger species that many misunderstand, has become a lifelong journey of discovery.
His confident, expert handling of even the most intimidating reptiles sets Sandy apart. From massive monitors to temperamental tegus, his calm demeanor and practiced technique allow him to safely work with animals that might overwhelm less experienced keepers. This handling mastery, combined with his extensive knowledge of reptilian behavior and health, means your scaled companions receive care from someone who truly speaks their language

Our Home Sanctuary
Our apartment has become what visitors affectionately call "a miniature zoo". Our living space is a carefully designed haven where bearded dragons bask, tortoises explore, tree frogs call at dusk, tarantulas create intricate webs, cats lounge among terrariums, and freshwater fish patrol their aquatic domains.
Living among these diverse species has taught us invaluable lessons about comprehensive exotic pet care. We've developed specialized approaches for each species' unique needs, crafted nutritional programs that encourage natural feeding behaviors, and designed habitat systems that promote both physical and psychological wellbeing.
